Brechin Chocolate is Jason Brechin, a bean-to-bar chocolate making startup in Central Illinois. I want to make some great chocolate, build a community of chocolate lovers, and try some new things.
The inspiration for this comes from Daniel Schreiber, who started making Flatlander Chocolate in 2009. After his tragic passing in 2010, I saw the amazing community that he built around the humble theobroma cacao. In honor of Dan, a portion of all proceeds will go to benefit the Flatlander Fund.
